  • Contact us via phone, email, sms text message, or fill out the form found on our contact us page, to begin the process. From there we will assess your needs, and format a plan.

  • For Niagara Region Home Staging Consultations we charge $300.00+HST. This will include an in-person walk-through of the property discussing ways to have your home market ready, as well as a written report of everything we discussed, and a preparation list of things that need to be done. If you choose to invest in staging with Stage Smart we will deduct the cost of the consultation from the final price.

    For Interior Decorating Consultations we charge $400.00+HST.

  • Staging prices start from $1500.00+HST and go up. The price of staging reflects the amount of furniture, décor, and accessories needed, as well as the type of furniture required. Prices can vary based on things such as square footage, location, and whether or not the property is vacant/occupied

  • Prices for these services can vary as each property, vision, and investor is different.

    A typical Basic package would include:

    Living room set: Pullout Sleeper sofa, Coffee table, décor, artwork, accent chairs, accessories,

    Dining Area: Table, Chairs, Artwork, Décor,

    Kitchen: Stools, Décor

    Bedrooms: Headboards, Bed Frame, Mattress, Night Stands, Lamps, Bedding, Artwork, Décor

    (Including extra sheets, pillows, mattress protectors)

    Bathrooms: Décor, Artwork, Towel sets (including extra towels)

    Extras: Kitchenware, Plates, Utensils, Coffee Makers, Pots and Pans, etc…

  • For vacant properties we can often quote you from gathering information such as: photos, videos, square footage, and desired staging date, however a brief walk through is preferable.

  • Our contracts are for 60 days, if you need to extend beyond that we charge monthly at a cost to be determined per project.

  • No, the furniture, and décor must be un used, and returned to us in the condition we installed it. Any damages to furniture or décor will be billed in accordance with our contract.

  • Congratulations! Our goal is to have your home sold as fast as possible, however there is no rebate for selling early.

  • Absolutely! We have worked in the past with large corporate events located in Real estate offices, conferences at wineries, large corporate events in Hotel Ball rooms, and VIP lounges at sporting venues. Prices for these services vary depending on the venue, and extent of Furnishings/Décor required.

  • Yes! We also do holiday décor, contact us to discuss your needs, and we can create a plan.
